In the 2024 Proxy Statement from The Walt Disney Company, there were 10 items of business that were voted on by Disney Shareholders today at the Shareholders Meeting. Below is a list of those items of business, The Walt Disney Company’s Board recommendation and the initial results.

That a Wrap!
A few other minor details were revealed today including concept art for the potential new World of Pandora land at the Disneyland Resort as well as a still image from the sequel to the 2016 Disney animated film Moana to be released in November 2024.
