A new Spider-Man movie will be slinging into theaters in 2026 that will be a brand new day for Peter Parker. Marvel Studios has announced the title and release date for the web slingers next movie, Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is coming to theaters July 31, 2026 with Tom Holland returning as Peter Parker / Spider-Man. Zendaya will also return as Michelle “MJ” Jones-Watson with Sadie Sink from Stranger Things joining the cast as an unannounced character in the new movie.
The announcement was made earlier this week at CinemaCon. Filming will begin this summer with Destin Daniel Cretton as Director (Director of 2021’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings from Marvel Studios).
According to IMDb, the plot details for the movie are as follows:
After Doomsday, Peter Parker tries to focus on college and leave Spider-Man behind. But when a new threat endangers his friends, he must break his promise and suit up again, teaming with an unexpected ally to protect those he loves.
