During The Walt Disney Studios’ presentation at CinemaCon 2025 in Las Vegas, NV this week, CinemaCon Vanguard Award recipient Lindsay Lohan and Disney Legend Jamie Lee Curtis took the stage to talk about Disney Freakier Friday. Curtis and Lohan spoke about the sequel to the Disney classic film Freaky Friday and presented the audience with an extended trailer of the new film.

In the film, Curtis and Lohan reprise their roles as Tess and Anna Coleman, respectively. The story picks up years after Tess and Anna endured an identity crisis. Anna now has a daughter of her own and a soon-to-be stepdaughter. As they navigate the myriad challenges that come when two families merge, Tess and Anna discover that lightning might indeed strike twice.
Disney Freakier Friday also stars Julia Butters, Sophia Hammons, Manny Jacinto, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Rosalind Chao, Chad Michael Murray, and Mark Harmon. The film is directed by Nisha Ganatra. Kristin Burr, Andrew Gunn, and Jamie Lee Curtis produce the film.
