More information has been released for the Disney After Dark 2024 Pin Event at the Walt Disney World Resort including the product catalog, itinerary and more. The annual pin trading event will take place on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center at Walt Disney World with event check in on Friday, September 13, 2024.
Disney After Dark 2024 Pin Event Packages
Two different packages are available for guest wishing to attend the 2024 Disney After Dark Pin Event along with one add-on package. The package details are as follows:
Midnight Package
This package is $129 per Guest (tax included) and includes the following:
- Access to trading area on September 13 during event check-in
- Admission to the 2024 Disney After Dark Pin Event on September 14
- Opportunity to participate in the Random Selection Process (“RSP”) to purchase event pins prior to the September 14 event
- Access to trading activities with Disney
- Access to trading area with other event guests
- Opportunity to meet Disney Pin Partners and preview upcoming pins
- Pin Artist Signings
- Opportunity to participate in the On-Site RSP and/or Pin Design Experience Bidding
- One (1) pin vending machine transaction
- Limited Edition Commemorative Gifts – Approximately $75 in retail value.
- Welcome Pin: Features Glow in the Dark, Black Light Reactive Ink.
- Goodbye Pin: Features Pin on Pin, High Concentrated Glitter
- Black Light Mini Flashlight
- Event Lanyard with Credential and PVC Dangle
Starlight Package
This package is $249 per Guest (tax included) and includes the following:
(Items in bold are only available to Starlight Package Guests)
- Access to trading area on September 13 during event check-in
- Admission to the 2024 Disney After Dark Pin Event on September 14
- Opportunity to participate in the Random Selection Process (“RSP”) to purchase event pins prior to the September 14 event
- Access to trading activities with Disney
- Access to trading area with other event guests
- Opportunity to meet Disney Pin Partners and preview upcoming pins
- Pin Artist Signings
- Opportunity to participate in the On-Site RSP and/or Pin Design Experience Bidding
- Two (2) pin vending machine transactions
- Preferences for each round of the Random Selection Process of event pins will be processed first
- Exclusive early admission (12:30pm) at Event Check-In on September 13
- One and half (1.5) hours (9am-10:30am) early access to event offerings on September 14
- Two (2) “Artist Proof” or “Pre-Production” Pins (Pre-selected randomly)
- Limited Edition Commemorative Gifts – Approximately $150 in retail value.
- Welcome Pin: Features Glow in the Dark, Black Light Reactive Ink.
- Goodbye Pin: Features Pin on Pin, High Concentrated Glitter
- Blacklight Mini Flashlight
- Event Lanyard with Elevated Credential and PVC Dangle
- Starlight Package Gift 2-Pin Set: Both Pins feature High Concentrated Glitter, Light Reactive Ink. (Earband also features SPVC, Bubble wand also features Pin on Pin.)
Note: The Starlight Package includes early access to the event, additional gifts and more.
Bright Light Brunch Add-On
This is an add-on package. The brunch add-on is $119 per Guest (tax included) and includes the following:
(Items listed are only available to Bright Light Brunch Guests)
- Access to a private brunch on September 13 at Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood restaurant at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
- Brunch times are 9:30am-10:30am OR 11:30am-12:30pm. You will select a preference for a brunch time in a separate RSP form unique to this offer.
- Limited Edition Commemorative Gift Pin
- Pin Artist Mix & Mingle
- Thirty (30) minutes (10am-10:30am) early access to event offerings on September 14
- Can be purchased by Guests with any Event Package
- Due to the limited availability of this add-on, it will be sold via an independent Random Selection Process. You will be notified via email if you are confirmed for this add-on.
- This independent RSP will be run once for all event package Guests; the Starlight package Guests will not be given priority.

Disney After Dark 2024 Pin Event Itinerary
The itinerary for the Disney After Dark 2024 Pin Event is now available. The event check in & random selection process (RSP) product pickup begins at 12:30pm on Friday, September 13 for Starlight Package Guests and at 2:30pm for all other registered event guests. The event check in & random selection process (RSP) will be open until 7pm in the Veracruz Hall at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center.

Disney After Dark 2024 Pin Event Product Catalog
All of the Disney After Dark 2024 Pins available for purchase by guests attending the event are now available to view in the Event Product Catalog PDF. All of the pins will feature black light effect (a black light mini-flashlight will be included with both event packages).
The majority of the pins available are Disney Villains themed pins. But, there are also a few attraction themed pins featuring Stitch and Scrump. Here are a few highlights from the online product catalog.

Event Registration
Registration for the 2024 Disney After Dark Pin Event will begin at 1pm EST on July 23, 2024 on the Walt Disney World website.
Event packages and add-ons are limited in availability. No discounts will be offered in conjunction with these packages and add-ons. All elements of the event are subject to change, postponement and/or cancellation without notice or liability. There are no cancellations or refunds, and event packages and add-ons are non-transferable. Disney reserves the right to take photos or videos during the event, and use those photos and videos for marketing purposes. No items included with an event package or add-on may be sold, traded or redeemed for cash, and all items (and portions thereof) are nonrefundable, non-transferable and will be forfeited if not used in conjunction with the 2024 Disney After Dark Pin Event. Individuals eligible for merchandise discounts at Walt Disney World Resort may receive their standard theme park merchandise discount on merchandise purchased via the RSP or at the event. Additional seasonal, promotional or other discounts or offers will not apply. Other restrictions apply.

If you are planning on attending the Disney After Dark 2024 Pin Event and haven’t booked your Disney Hotel room yet, Walt Disney World currently has a room rate discount offer. You can save up to 30% off room rates at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel this Summer and early Fall. The offer is available for most 5 night or longer stays from July 8 to October 3, 2024. You can also save up to 25% on shorter stays less than 5 nights. Rooms at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort usually get booked really quickly once the pin event date is announced, so don’t wait to book.
