Toy Story 5 coming to Theaters June 2026

Next Summer 2026, Woody, Buzz, Jeesie and the rest of the gang’s job as toys are going to get exponentially harder when they have to go head to head with an all-new threat to playtime—a smart tablet! In the first teaser trailer for Disney & Pixar Animation Studios’ Toy Story 5, we are introduced to a high-tech frog-shaped smart tablet named Lilypad that will give the toys a run for their money.

Tom Hanks returns as Cowboy Woody, Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear and Joan Cusack as Cowgirl Jessie in an all-new adventure arriving in theaters on June 19, 2026. Greta Lee from TRON: Ares joins the cast as Lilypad along with Conan O’Brien as a toilet training tech toy, Smarty Pants.

Toy Story 5 is directed by Academy Award winner Andrew Stanton from Pixar’s WALL•E, Finding Nemo and Finding Dory. Kenna Harris is co-directing. Lindsey Collins from Turning Red, WALL•E and Finding Dory is producing the new animated adventure.
