Over the last two years, Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel has been transforming into Pixar Place Hotel. As the official grand opening date of January 30, 2024 rapidly approaches for Pixar Place Hotel, there are noticeable changes happening around the hotel almost every day. The most recent change is the opening of The Sketch Pad Café. This new grab-and-go quick service location is located in lobby of the hotel and features Pixar-themed decor with sketches of some of your favorite Pixar characters.
The Café is open from 6am to 11am daily serving grab-and-go breakfast pastries, sweets and more. Breakfast pastries include croissants, bagels, muffins and breads from the renowned Röckenwagner Bakery. Sweet treats include Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies and the Salted Caramel Brownie. The menu also includes a few hot items like a Mini Frittata and Avocado Toast. Hot and cold beverages include a variety of coffees, espressos, teas and juices.
The Café has several packaged grab-and-go items including a box with roasted garlic hummus, pita bread, veggies and a hard-boiled egg and a box with meat, cheese and crackers. Other grab-and-go items include packaged sandwiches and salads, fresh fruit, yogurt cups and other packaged snacks.
There is limited seating at The Sketch Pad Café. So, if you want to eat at the Café, you may have a hard time finding a place to sit and dine during busy times.
