The film is scheduled to be released in theaters one-year from now on December 18, 2026 and Marvel Studios’ is already drumming up hype with the release of the teaser trailer. In the trailer, we see Steve Rogers riding a motorcycle to a farm house and then looking at his Captain America uniform. Even though we don’t see Steve put his uniform in a box, we do see him closing a box which implies he is giving up his role on the Avengers team, possibly to protect his family. Then we see Steve smiling as he looks at a baby he is holding. The trailer then goes to a black screen with the words “Steve Rogers Will Return in Avengers: Doomsday”.

In addition to Chris Evans, the next Avengers movie will feature an all-star cast including Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Paul Rudd, Simu Liu, Florence Pugh, just to name a few.
