A new Star Wars adventure is coming to Disney+! Star Wars: Skeleton Crew will premiere December 3, 2024 on Disney+ with two-episodes.
The new series takes place in the same time frame as the Disney+ series The Mandalorian and after the events of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. Jude Law stars in the series as Jod Na Nawood, described in the trailer as a Jedi. Jaleel White will also star in the series (character name has not been announced yet). The series was created by Jon Watts and Christopher Ford. Executive producers for the series include Kathleen Kennedy, Jon Favreau, and Dave Filoni.
Star Wars: Skeleton Crew tells a coming-of-age story about four children who make a discovery on their home planet, get lost in the galaxy, and go on an adventure to get back home. The first season of the new Star Wars series will include 8 episodes airing between December 3, 2024 and January 14, 2025.
