Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit Returns to the Disneyland Resort

Halloween Time has officially begun at the Disneyland Resort and starting today, Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit returns to the Disneyland Resort. Get into the spirit of the Halloween season by searching for hidden decorative pumpkins based on Disney characters around Disneyland Park, Disney Californai Adventure Park and the Downtown Disney District.

Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit will be available daily starting today through November 1, 2024 (or while maps and keepsakes last). Here are some pictures of what the pumpkins will look like. These pictures are from last years pursuit so chances are the pumpkins will not be in the same place this year.

How it works

To participate in a pursuit, purchase a map with stickers for $9.99 (plus tax) from one of the Disneyland Resort merchandise locations listed below. Then, begin your pursuit by search for the hidden decorative pumpkins based on Disney characters around the resort. Once you find one of the decorative pumpkins, place the corresponding sticker on your map and start searching for the next pumpkin. Once you have found all of the hidden pumpkins, return to one of the redemption locations listed below to receive a special Halloween themed keepsake. And if you prefer to purchase the map and not participate in the pursuit, you can still redeem your map for a keepsake.

There are three different pursuits with three different maps this year. The pursuits are in Disneyland Park, Disney Californai Adventure Park and the Downtown Disney District. The maps for these three different pursuits will have different hidden pumpkins to find around the park or district where the map is purchased.
