It’s another pin-tastic Tuesday! Today, new pins were released at the Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort and Disneystore.com. Here are the Limited Edition, Limited Release and Open Editions pins released today, May 28, 2024.
Disneyland Pins Released May 28, 2024
The Disneyland Resort exclusive pins released today include a new Faux Business pin and a new Limited Edition pin.
The quarterly Disney Limited Edition Faux Business pin released today features Chip n’ Dale and their faux business Chips n’ Dips. The pin comes boxed. Limited Edition of 1,500. Retail price is $29.99.
And, celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Mickey’s Philharmagic at the Disneyland Resort with this Limited Edition pin. The pin features Donald Duck in one of the iconic scenes from the 3D film. Limited Edition of 2,000. Retail price is $19.99.
Walt Disney World Pins Released May 28, 2024
No exclusive pins were released at the Walt Disney World Resort today. However, the shared pins below as well as the Disneystore.com open edition pins released today are available at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Disneyland, Walt Disney World & Disneystore.com Shared Pins Released May 28, 2024
The shared pins released today at the Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort and Disneystore.com include Limited Release pins and Open Edition pins.
First, there is a new Pixar Pins Limited Release Inside Out 2 Anxiety Pin. The pin features one of Riley’s new emotions, Anxiety, from the upcoming Disney-Pixar release with “I’m Fine” text printed on the pin. Retail price is $17.99.
Next, there is an Open Edition Pixar Pins Inside Out 2 Cast Pin. The pin features Anger, Fear, Joy, Disgust, Sadness, Anxiety, Envy, Ennui, and Embarassment with “Believe In Yourself” text printed on the pin. Disneystore.com has this pin listed as a Limited Release pin but that is incorrect. The pin is an Open Edition pin with a retail price of $14.99 in the Disney Parks.
And another Limited Release pin released today is the 2024 Father’s Day pin. The pin features Pacha, Tipo, and Chaca from Disney’s The Emperor’s New Groove and comes on a special Disney Pins Limited Release card. Retail price is $17.99.
Disneystore.com Pins Released May 28, 2024
In addition to the Limited Release pins listed above, several open edition Disney pins were released today at Disneystore.com. These Open Edition pins are also available at both the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.
Disney Open Edition Pins
First, there are now six Disney’s Build-a-Pin available. You can swap out a selection of character pins with one of the sculpted base pins. A brass finish Magic Mirror base pin is included with the Mickey & Pluto Starter Set and a a pewter finish Fantasyland Castle base pin is included with the Maleficent and Three Good Fairies Starter Set. The Build-a-Pin Starter Sets are $29.99 each.
In addition to the two starter sets, there are also four swappable pin sets including Minnie Mouse and Fifi, Donald Duck and Chip ‘n Dale, Tinker Bell and Penguin from the “it’s a small world” attraction, and Orange Bird and the Prison Dog from the “Pirates of the Caribbean” attraction. Each of the swappable Build-a-Pin sets are $19.99 each.
The next four open edition Disney Pins are the new sculpted pins which are $14.99 each. The four sculpted pins added to Disneystore.com today include the Genie Sculpted Pin, Dopey Sculpted Pin, Marie Sculpted Pin and Peter Pan Sculpted Pin.
Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader Light-Up Jumbo Pin
This Star Wars Limited Edition Jumbo pin lights-up both lightsaber weapons and pulses the blue and red light beams when you press a button on the back of the pin. The pin features Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader from their climatic duel in Star Wars: A New Hope. Limited Edition of 1,000. Retail price $29.99.
D23 Exclusive Up 15th Anniversary Pin Set
Celebrate 15 years of high-flying fun with this adorable D23 Gold Member exclusive Limited Edition pin set. The set features young Carl Fredricksen adorned with Ellie’s ”Grape Soda” cap holding a bright blue ”Spirit of Adventure” balloon. The two pins are tethered together by a bright blue ribbon. Limited Edition of 1,000. Retail price $24.99.
D23 Gold Members will need to be logged into DisneyStore.com with their Disney account tied to their D23 Gold Membership in order to purchase this exclusive pin.
