Phineas and Ferb Season 5 Coming this Summer

Get ready for 104 days of summer vacation because an all-new season (season 5) of Phineas and Ferb is coming this summer to Disney Channel and Disney+.

That’s right! Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Perry the Platypus, Doofenshmirtz and the entire gang are returning this summer with all-new episodes for season 5 of the hit Disney Channel series. The original creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff ‘Swampy’ Marsh announced on Thursday that season 5 of Phineas and Ferb will be released this summer with all-new episodes.

About the new season

In January 2023, it was announced that Disney had ordered two new seasons of the animated television series for Disney Channel and Disney+. Creator Dan Povenmire has been keeping fans up-to-date on Instagram as the new series has reached different milestones. In October 2024, he announced that the first episode of season 5 has been completed. Then in mid-October 2024, Povenmire and Marsh along with several members of the cast appeared at New York Comic Con (NYCC) to talk about the new series as well as to announce that many of the original voice cast members were returning for the new episodes of Phineas and Ferb.

Vincent Martella returns as Phineas Flynn. David Errigo Jr., who took over as the voice of Ferb in Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe returns as the voice of Ferb Fletcher in the new episodes. Ashley Tisdale returns as Candace Flynn, Caroline Rhea as Linda Flynn-Fletcher, Dee Bradley Baker as Perry the Platypus and Alyson Stoner as Isabella Garcia-Shapiro. Dan Povenmire will reprise the voice of Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz along with Jeff “Swampy” Marsh as Major Francis Monogram. The cast will be joined in season 5 by guest appearances from notable actors, musicians, and athletes.

The new season of Phineas and Ferb will follow the two stepbrothers as they tackle another 104 days of summer. Candace will be more determined than ever in season 5 to finally bust her brothers. And their pet platypus, Perry, will continue to lead a double life as Agent P whose mission is to stop Doofenshmirtz from taking over the Tristate area.

At this time, an exact release date for season 5 of Phineas and Ferb has not been announced — only summer 2025. As we get a little closer to the summer, we expect more information to be available including an exact release date for season 5.
