Three new restaurants are now open at Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. Paseo, Céntrico and Tiendita all opened to guests this past week. These three new Mexican restaurants feature dishes from Mexico’s first Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán.
Paseo
A stunning staircase leads guests to Paseo’s dining room and bar area lined with rich woods, tiles, textures, leathers and custom accents that celebrate Mexico’s craftsmanship culture. The restaurant features an extended upper patio with exceptional views of the Downtown Disney District. The Paseo menu includes Chicken Enchiladas, Fish Empanada, Steak Tartar, Lamb Barbacoa, Carne Asada and so much more! Prices range from $15 to $65 for adult entrees and $12 to $17 for Kids menu items.
Paseo is currently only open for dinner.

Céntrico
Céntrico is an open-air Mexican restaurant and bar that serves upscale Mexican cuisine and tequila-based cocktails. Céntrico’s menu includes a wide variety of culinary delights includes Quesadillas, Tacos, Caesar Salad, BBQ Ribs, Pan-Seared Salmon and more. Adult entree pricing starts at $16 and ranges in price up to $34. Kids menu items are available at $11 each.
Céntrico is open for lunch and dinner.

Tiendita
Tiendita is a quick-service restaurant that serves Mexican street-food staples by Chef Gaytán’s. The restaurant features a breakfast and snack menu. Breakfast menu options include Breakfast Burritos, Quesadillas and Chilaquiles. Breakfast prices range from $8 to $15.
Lunch and Dinner menu options (shown online as their Snack menu) include Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, Nachos, Ceviches, Tostadas and a Caesar Salad. They also have a Kids menu which includes Quesadillas and Burritos. Menu prices range from $5 for individual sides up to $15 for main entree items. The Kids menu prices are $10.00.
The restaurant features self-ordering kiosks where guests can walk up and enter their order directly on the kiosk screens.
Tiendita is currently open from 11am to 12am (midnight) daily.
