A magical school with covens, spells, and secret lessons is coming to Disney+ on October 2, 2026. Disney Coven Academy will premiere on Freeform on October 1 and then on Disney+ and Hulu the next day.
The show is set in New Orleans at a secret academy for witches and warlocks who are learning magic. The students will have to battle dark forces to protect their school and New Orleans.
The cast includes:
- Malina Weissman (Supergirl and A Series of Unfortunate Events) as Briar
- Ora Duplass (Their Town) as Tegan
- Jordan Leftwich (Family Switch) as Sasha
- Malachi Barton (Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires and Camp Rock 3) as Jake
- Louis Thresher (Boarders) as Ollie
- Tiffani Thiessen (White Collar and Alexa & Katie) as Miss Graves
- Devon Sawa (Casper) as Mr. Clarke
Disney Coven Academy is created by Tim Federle who also created High School Musical: The Musical: The Series for Disney+.
Disney Coven Academy premieres October 1 on Freeform and the next day on Disney+ and Hulu.
