Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession

The Lunar New Year celebration at Disney California Adventure Park (DCA) kicked off on Friday, January 17, 2025. Part of the celebration includes “Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession” with performers and Disney characters. Of course, Mulan and Mushu are in the procession along with Chip ‘n Dale.

“Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession” is performed fours times a day and travels from Hollywood Land to Paradise Gardens during each performance. The showtimes are 12:45pm, 2:30pm, 5:00pm, and 6:45pm.

Throughout the processional, there are several performers in beautifully colored costumes that celebrate the Lunar New Year.

2015 is the Year of the Snake but the colorful dragon and performers are back in the procession. This is one of my favorite parts of the procession.

Mulan and Mushu are the stars of the procession. They are joined by a spirited group of Chinese entertainers.

Chip n’ Dale are always two cuties but even cuter in their Lunar New Year costumes.
