Marvel Studios Spider-Man: Brand New Day Swings into Theatres on July 31

The fourth film in Marvel Studios Spider-Man movie series will be slinging into theaters in just over two months on July 31, 2026. Spider-Man: Brand New Day marks the return of Tom Holland as the web-slinging super hero in New York City.

Following the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), the world has forgotten that Peter Parker exists, thanks to the spell cast by Dr. Strange at the end of the film. Since then, Peter has been anonymously protecting New York City as the hero Spider-Man. But in the new film, mounting pressure triggers a dangerous change and a powerful new enemy emerges.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton who also directed 2021’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker / Spider-Man along with Zendaya returning as Michelle “MJ” Jones-Watson. The film also stars Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner / Hulk, Michael Mando as Mac Gargan / Scorpion, Eman Esfandi as MJ’s Boyfriend, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle / Punisher and Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds. Sadie Sink from Stranger Things also joins the cast as an unannounced character.
