Great Maple Modern American Eatery restaurant is opening this month at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel (soon to be renamed Pixar Place Hotel starting January 30, 2024). This third party operated restaurant will be located on the ground floor of the hotel and will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and craft cocktails all day long including their famous Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts!
Update: Great Maple at the Disneyland Resort will open to walk-in guests on November 15, 2023 and will start accepting Reservations on November 21, 2023.
Other tasty menu favorites include Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs, Charred Cauliflower Hummus and Maple Pecan-Crusted Salmon. For the lighter side, they offer a a variety of inspired salads. And don’t forget the craft cocktails.
Brunch Favorites include Buttermilk Pancakes, Smoked Bacon Scramble, French Toast Logs and Fried Chicken & Doughnuts, just to name a few. And they offer a Modern American Breakfast for those who prefer the standard eggs, bacon and sausage.
If you are in the mood for a sandwich, enjoy a Hot Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich, Great Maple BLT or a Steakhouse Burger. All Sandwiches and Burgers are served with your choice of fries or a side salad with Champagne Maple Vinaigrette dressing.
Hungry for dinner? Main course menu items include a New York Steak, Maple Pecan Crusted Salmon, Soda Pop Baby Back Ribs, Turkey Bolognese, Grilled Chicken Bowl, Lemon Shrimp Pasta and the daily Chef’s Market Fish.
Make sure you save room for desert! Don’t forget to order the Famous Maple Bacon Doughnuts. Other deserts include Powdered Sugar Beignets and Seasonal Doughnuts.
