The City of Anaheim Planning Commission Workshop to discuss the DisneylandForward project has been scheduled for Monday, February 26, 2024 at 5pm PT at Anaheim City Hall. The workshop will most likely not be available to watch via webcast at Anaheim.net/TV since it is not a public hearing. But if that changes, I will update this post.
This is the next step in the process to get the DisneylandForward project approved. During the Planning Commission Workshop, City staff will give a presentation that describes the project, proposed changes to the specific plans and zoning code, and development agreement terms. The Walt Disney Company will also give a presentation. The presentations will be followed by a time for questions by Planning Commission and a time for public comments.
The next steps in the DisneylandForward project is a Planning Commission Public Hearing tentatively scheduled for March 2024 and a City Council Public Hearing tentatively scheduled for April 2024. Following these public hearings, the City Council should vote on the DisneylandForward Project.

I am happy to see this project moving along. I am very hopeful that the City of Anaheim will approve the project but we are still a few months away from an official vote.
