Park hopping at the Disneyland Resort is about to get a lot easier! Later this year, the 11:00am park hopper restriction is going away allowing guests with a theme park reservation to visit both parks without having to wait until 11:00am to “hop” from one park to another.
A Park Hopper ticket allows guests to visit more than one park per day at the Disneyland Resort. Current guidelines require guests to make a theme park reservation for the first theme park they plan to visit. After entering that first park, guests are able to visit the next park starting at 11:00am and go back and forth between the parks until each park’s regularly scheduled closure. But, later this year, the 11:00am restriction is going away and will allow guests with a Park Hopper ticket to visit both theme parks after each park opens until each park’s regularly scheduled closure.
Disneyland has not announced an exact date that this new change will go into effect but stated that the Park Hopper restriction will be going away later this year. Keep checking back for updates! We will let you know when the effective date is announced.
