Disneyland Eggstravaganza Returning Spring 2026

The Disneyland Resort Eggstravaganza returns this week on March 3, 2026 and will take place through April 6, 2026 at both theme parks and Downtown Disney. Guests can join in on the ultimate springtime tradition, searching for eggs throughout the Disneyland Resort.

There are three different egg hunts around the resort with maps differing between Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park and Downtown Disney. Guests are able to purchase a map at select merchandise locations throughout both theme parks and Downtown Disney District to search for the eggs. The maps are $11.99 each and include stickers that you can placed on the map once you find each character egg. After your egg hunt, you can return your map to select redemption locations to receive an egg themed keepsake. And you can keep your map even after receiving the keepsake.

Eggstravaganza Keepsakes

The 2026 keepsakes are Disney character themed plastic eggs which include Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Thumper (Bambi), White Rabbit (Alice in Wonderland), Chip and Dale. To receive all 6 collectible keepsakes, you will need to purchase 6 maps at $11.99 each. The keepsakes are the same for all three egg hunts but the maps differ so you can participate in all three egg hunts to collect these fun keepsakes.

Guests can redeem the maps for the keepsakes even if you don’t complete the egg hunt. Actually, you can redeem a map for a keepsake right after purchasing the map. Typically, the map is purchased at the register and then you go to a different table or location nearby to receive the keepsake. At that location, a Cast Member will stamp the map showing that it has been redeemed. See redemption locations below.

Tips

If you want to collect all 6 keepsakes, don’t wait too long after the eggstravaganza begins on March 3 to purchase and redeem your maps because the keepsakes are only available while supplies last and tend to run out closer to the end of the Eggstravaganza event. You can search for the eggs anytime after you have your map(s) up until April 6, 2026 and maps must also be redeemed by April 6, 2026. Note that the egg hunt doesn’t have to be done on the same day you purchase and redeem your map(s).

Maps are different at Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park (DCA) and Downtown Disney District but the keepsakes are the same at all locations. If you want to collect all three maps, my suggestion is to purchase two at Disneyland Park, two at DCA and two at Downtown Disney.
