Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite takes place two nights next week on Tuesday, June 18 and Thursday, June 20, 2024. Tickets for both event nights are sold out. Both event nights are from 9:00pm to 1:00am but guests with tickets to an event can enter Disneyland Park three hours before the event begins. Guests with a ticket to the event will not need to make theme park reservation to enter Disneyland Park at 6:00pm or later.
In preparation for the events next week, let’s take a look at the list of the character appearances & entertainment for the two nights.
Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite Characters
The locations for the characters have not been announced yet, but we do have a tentative list of which Disney characters will be attending the event for meet and greets.
- Mickey & Minnie Mouse
- Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty
- Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians
- The Mandalorian with Grogu
- Ahsoka from Star Wars
- Phastos from Eternals
- America Chavez from Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness
- Ethan Clade from Strange World
This is not a very long list and I am hoping Clarabelle Cow will be available for meet & greets along with Donald & Daisy. But if the same holds true with this event as with other Disneyland After Dark events, this is not a complete list. Characters like Mickey & Minnie Mouse will be dressed in special Pride Nite outfits which are different than the outfits that they normally wear during regular park hours.
Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite Entertainment
Pride Nite will also include unique entertainment. Here’s a list of the entertainment currently scheduled for Pride Nite :
- Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite Fireworks – WELCOME! will begin the night with a display of colors, pyrotechnics and music at Disneyland Park.
- Welcome Pride Cavalcade will invite guests to celebrate with an upbeat procession through Disneyland Park. The cavalcade will include favorite Disney characters like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Pluto and Clarabelle Cow in multicolor outfits.
- Rainbow Projections & Lighting will illuminate the “it’s a small world” building, Main Street USA and Sleeping Beauty Castle throughout the night.
- Pride Nite Dance Club will take place along the Rivers of America inviting guests to dance the night away.
- Ohana Dance Party will take place on the Tomorrowland Stage with everyone’s favorite extraterrestrial, Stitch. A DJ will be spinning tunes throughout the night to celebrate “ohana” which means family.
- Country Line Dancing will take place at The Golden Horseshoe in Frontierland for those with a western flair.
- Pride Musical Celebration will be a heartwarming, foot-tapping performance reminding us that we have the power to be who we are!
- Fond Farewell will take place on the the steps of the Disneyland Railroad Train Station. Mickey Mouse and his pals will wish event guests a fond farewell at the end of the night.
