The Casitas have five buildings with four floors and are close to the Convention Center. The Ranchos are made up of four pueblo-style buildings with three floors. The Cabanas consist of three buildings with two floors. All rooms underwent a renovation in 2018, featuring new beds, a new flat-screen TV, and other new furnishings.

Disney Coronado Springs Resort offers a myriad of dining options. The resort features the Maya Grill, a grand dining room serving Tex-Mex cuisine. For a more relaxed dining experience, guests can visit Three Bridges Bar & Grill, a lakefront restaurant serving up tasty cuisine.
El Mercado de Coronado is the resorts food court location serving a variety of entrees at different ordering locations. Rix Sports Bar & Grill is located across from El Mercado de Coronado and offers 31 state-of-the-art TVs to view sporting events. Enjoy handcrafted cocktails, local draft beers and a unique spin on classic sports fare while cheering on your favorite team.
If you are looking for a more formal type dining location, Toledo is located on the rooftop of the Gran Destino Tower and serves delicious steaks & seafood. Panchito’s Gifts and Sundries has you covered for all of your Disney souvenirs and gifts. The shop sells a variety of Disney merchandise including Mickey Ears, Disney Pins, apparel, Disney Coronado Springs Resort themed items and more. The shop is named after Panchito, the Mexican rooster in the Three Caballeros. There is even a Panchito statue welcoming guests into the shop.
Pools and Recreation
Disney Coronado Springs Resort offers an array of recreational activities to keep guests entertained. The Lost City of Cibola feature pool, also known as The Dig Site, is a massive pool complex featuring a 46-foot, 5-story tall Mayan pyramid. The pool is complemented with a sand volleyball court, the Explorer’s Playground, the Iguana Arcade and the largest outdoor hot tub on Walt Disney World property.
In addition to the main pool, the resort features three additional quiet pools located at the Casitas, Ranchos, and Cabanas sections of the resort. And for those looking for a more active form of recreation, the resort offers a .75-mile jogging trail around Lago Dorado.
Gran Destino Tower
The Gran Destino Tower, a 15-story tower, is the most recent addition to Disney Coronado Springs Resort. The tower, which opened in July 2019, added 545 guest rooms, including 50 suites. The tower features the Toledo restaurant and the Dahlia Lounge, providing guests with culinary delights coupled with breathtaking views.
The Gran Destino Tower is also where the resort’s Front Desk, Bell Services and Guest Services are located. Even if your guest room is not located in the Gran Destino Tower, most guests will visit the tower to check-in and out of the resort as well as access ground transportation in front of the tower building.

The Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center is the largest convention center on Walt Disney World property. It features 220,000-square-foot of meeting space, making it an ideal venue for large corporate events and conventions.
