Disney Live Entertainment is accepting submissions on the Disney Auditions website for performers and face characters for the return of the Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration Parade at the Disneyland Resort. The listings do not specifiy which theme park the parade will be in, only that the auditions are for the parade at the Disneyland Resort.
The current listings on the Disney Auditions website are for:
- Inline Skaters
- Joe Gardner
- Miriam, Priya and Abby (Meilin Lee’s three best friends from Disney-Pixar’s Turning Red)
- 4*TOWN (the five-member boy band from Disney-Pixar’s Turning Red)
- Jin Lee (the father of Meilin from Disney-Pixar’s Turning Red)
The audition listings state that the performer must be fully available at least three days a week and that movement ability is a plus. The applicant will be cast based on resemblance to the character. Height requirements are also listed in each audition posting.
The Disney Audition listings for the Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration Parade were published on Monday and submissions should be submitted by November 11, 2024 (November 12, 2024 for the Inline Skaters). Candidates will be contacted by Disney Talent Casting if they are selected to move on to an in-person callback on November 19th or 20th.
The Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration! Parade was performed earlier this year during Pixar Fest at Disney California Adventure Park. The parade ran twice daily at 4pm and 6:30pm between April 26, 2024 and August 4, 2024.
