D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event is just a few months away, and you are now able to transfer your Anaheim Convention Center badges to the other guests in your party who will be attending with you! If you purchased badges for other guests in addition to yourself, you will need to transfer the badge to the other guests in your party by July 10, 2026 at 8:59pm PT.
Your badge will be your “passport” to all the magic at Anaheim Convention Center during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event and each guest will need their own badge in their own name. To transfer and manage your badges, go to https://tickets.d23.com/my-tickets/login using the same D23 Member login used at purchase the badges.
NOTE: The badge assigned to the ticket purchaser is non-transferable and must remain with the D23 Gold Member who purchased the tickets.
Why you should transfer badges to your guests
- Allows each guest in your party to participate in the RSP (Random Selection Process) for Anaheim Convention Center reservations for panels, presentations, and experiences at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
- NOTE: Guests with Afternoon Only – D23 Fan Pass badges cannot participate in the RSP. Furthermore, any Anaheim Convention Center badge may not be digitally transferred to a minor. Each badge intended for a minor must remain in the original ticket purchaser’s possession.
- Allows each guest to receive emails and communication directly from D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event and participate in offers and opportunities on the show floor.
Be sure to transfer any additional badges you purchased to other individuals in your party by 8:59pm PT on Wednesday, July 10, 2026! After this time, badges will no longer be transferable and there will be NO exceptions.
NOTE: All Anaheim Convention Center badges will be shipped to the original ticket purchaser’s address, even after digitally transferred to another guest. The original ticket purchaser is responsible for physically distributing badges to their party.
How to transfer badges
To transfer your badges, you need to follow three simple steps:
- Step 1: Visit https://tickets.d23.com/my-tickets/login
- Step 2: Click the “View/Transfer My Badges” button, followed by the “Transfer Items” button
- Step 3: Select the badges you wish to transfer, enter the email address of your recipient(s), and click TRANSFER
Badge purchasers are required to enter an email of the individual they are assigning a badge to, and this email will need to be associated with a D23 Member account.
NOTE: There may be a short delay for the tickets to be transferred to your guest before they can login and accept the transfer.
Your guest(s) will receive an email once you have successfully transferred the badge. Be sure to add that address to your email contacts to minimize the chance it goes to your spam folder. Then, the person receiving the badge must sign in with their D23 Member account and accept the badge through https://tickets.d23.com/my-tickets/login.
Your badges will then be transferred!
