Nuez Gelatina Cake
A cinnamon sponge cake with pecan gelatina and whipped topping.

Chilaquiles Carnitas Torta
A Mexican sandwich with red chilaquiles, refried beans, avocado spread, queso fresco, pickled red onions and a fried egg, served with chips.

Marigold Margarita
A wine-based lime margarita garnished with a marigold and an orange sugar rim.
