Baymax Meet & Greet Returns to San Fransokyo Square
When San Fransokyo Square first opened at Disney California Adventure park last year, Baymax & Hiro from Disney’s Big Hero 6 were both meeting guests daily at the Hamada Bot Shop. However, earlier this year, Hiro developed some programming updates for Baymax and he has been absent from the meet & greet for a few months while he was getting those upgrades. In the meantime, only Hiro was meeting guests. But after a temporary hiatus, Baymax has returned to San Fransokyo Square for regular meet & greets at Disney California Adventure park.
Baymax walks, talks and blinks. And if you fist bump him, he will say “Ba-la-la-la-la.”
The Baymax meet & greet is such an amazing experience. I have been lucky enough to meet Baymax and Hiro together and separately a few times, but it is usually either Baymax or Hiro as they rotate throughout the day.
The Baymax and Hiro meet & greet is daily from 11am to 5pm in San Fransokyo Square at the Hamada Bot Shop which is located in the corner of San Fransokyo Square beside Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill and San Fransokyo Maker’s Market. However, always check the Disneyland App for updates as character meet & greet times are subject to change.
