A new experience is coming to the Disneyland Resort for the 70th anniversary celebration. Starting May 16, 2025, guests will have an opportunity to experience A Story of Celebration: 70th Anniversary Guided Tour which will take guests on a two-hour walking tour of Disneyland Park. The tour will explore the rich heritage of Disneyland Park, from opening day attractions to the latest innovations. As you visit iconic locations around the park during the tour, you’ll learn more about Walt Disney’s vision of this happy place and how it’s continued to grow and evolve over the decades.

Bookings for this special guided tour opened on the Disneyland website on April 24, 2025. The tour is priced at $120 per guest and includes the following:
- A special tour keepsake
- A journey through the festive past with some rarely shared stories
- Experience some opening day attractions like the Mark Twain Riverboat and the Disneyland Railroad
- Enjoy a Lightning Lane entry for a select attraction
- Access to a reserved viewing area for Paint the Night parade
- An opportunity to enjoy popcorn during the Paint the Night parade performance
Theme park reservations are required to experience A Story of Celebration: 70th Anniversary Guided Tour at Disneyland Park. Advance reservations for the tour are also recommended but availability may be available during your visit if reservations were not made in advance. The ability to experience the tour is not included with theme park admission and has an add-on cost of $120 per person.
